J. J. FREITUS NEW NAME OF REBUILT TUG COOPER.
The American Towing Company's tug heretofore known as the COOPER will hereafter be called the J. J. FREITUS, her name having been changed this week. She has her new name plates on her and as she was only recently given a rebuild and fitted out for the rough work of the coming winter, she is in fine shape for breaking ice in the river and harbor.
Capt. James Baker sails the FREITUS in daytime and Capt. Lon Lynn commands her at night. Both skippers have excellent reputations.
