Steam screw LEWISTON. * U.S. No. 116110. Of 1,808 tons gross; 1,342 tons net. Built at Wyandotte, Mich., in 1886. Home port, Buffalo, N.Y. 272.3 x 38.1 x 18.5 and of 700 Indicated horse power and a crew of 18.

The steamer LEWISTON, formerly the SUSAN E. PECK, has been cut in two at Cleveland, and lengthened. She will be out soon. The LEWISTON in her new shape will be about 300 feet long and will carry about 3,000 tons.
