We understand that the schr. TARRY NOT, now lying in this port was sold yesterday by Messrs. Billings & Dickinson agents for the owners, to Mr. Ritchie, of Hamilton, C.W., for the sum of $10,250. The TARRY NOT is of the capacity of about 12,500 bushels, and it is the intention of her purchaser to place her on the opening of navigation in the Canada trade.
