      Paddle wheel steamer EMPRESS.* Official canadian No. 73086. Built at Ottawa, Ont. in 1873, rebuilt at Montreal in 1886. Of 678 tons gross; 372 tons reg. Home port, Montreal. Owned by W.H. Dwyer, of Ottawa. 185.3 x 27.6 x 8.1 of 152 horse power.
