      St. Catharines, April 28 - TWO LAUNCHES - The people of Port Dalhousie were all astir on Saturday afternoon to witness the double launch at the shipyard of Messrs. Andrew & Son. Quite a number of ship owners and others were also present from St. Catharines. The first vessel launched was a fine fore-and-aft schooner, the JESSIE H. BRECK for the firm L.A. Breck & Co., of Garden Island. The launch was successfully accomplished in beautiful style. This vessel cost her owner $25,000. She is of beautiful model, and her carrying capacity is estimated at 19,000 bushels of wheat. She is 142 ft. overall and 376 tons register. The second vessel launched was a propeller, the ALMA MUNRO, built for the Elgin Transportation Co. of Port Stanley. She will be commanded by Captain Pollock. Her length is 144 feet. over-all and her carrying capacity 17,000 bushels.
