Our Harbor. - Things look very lively to-day in our harbor, and appearances indicate an early resumption of business. A number of vessels are being thoroughly overhauled and painted, preparatory to spreading their wings for a journey towards the setting sun. The fact that vessel property is looking up would seem to point to good spring freights.
