MARINE NOTES. - new steamer NORTH STAR will be delivered to the Mutual Transit Company tomorrow and will take her first cargo from Cleveland.
The new freight steamers ONTARIO and CHAMPLAIN being built at Cleveland are almost completed and will take on coal about April 15.
