Kingston Ont. Oct., 1 - The Richelieu and Ontario Navigation Company, owners of the mail steamers, intend putting on two new steamers between Toronto and Prescott next season. The CORSICAN and SPARTAN are already dry docked at Montreal for repairs. They will go into winter quarters here.
