NOTICE

Is hereby given that a call of 5 per cent is made on the stock- holders of the "NIAGARA RIVER STEAM BOAT COMPANY," to be paid to the subscriber within thirty days from the date herof; and a further call of ten per cent, payable on the first day of February next.
