Albert Newman, a young paper-hanger, was arrested at 3:00 Friday morning by Segt. Jordan, on complaint of Capt. George Moon, on the charge of assult on the high seas. It apppears that Newman and another young man were engaged in a dispute on Capt. Moon's boat, the ALERT, and the words led to blows.
