LAUNCH. - A new tug, built by Van Slyck, Notter & Co., for several insurance companies, was launched from their yard last evening, at 4 o'clock, in very fine style. She was christened the E.P. DORR, after a very meritorious gentleman, long identified with the commerce of the lakes, and familiarly known from one extremity of the lake region to the other. The DORR will be under the command of Capt. Harding.
