The Sheboygan Chronicle says that the new vessel built here the past winter for Mr. Bemis, of Buffalo, has been fully completed and now lies at Kirkland's pier, taking in a cargo of wheat. We understand she has been purchased by Mr. Winslow, of Chicago. She is a beautiful specimen of naval architecture, and will carry about 14,000 bushels of wheat.
