NEW FERRY BOAT. - A new boat bearing the name of William A. Thomson, has been put on the river in the place of the old ALBION, to run between Black Rock and the opposite side of the river. It is commodious, and well fitted up for the business for which it is intended. Jimmy Haggart, a prince of fellows, walks its deck as commander.
