A moveable boom derrick of huge dimensions, is being constructed by Mr. Bishop, on the Creek, and is nearly completed. It is with this machine that Mr. Bishop proposes to raise the steamer ATLANTIC. Mr. Bishop entered into a contract last fall with the Express Company, to raise the ATLANTIC, and an attempt will shortly be made, so soon as the apparatus for the work is completed.
