Description
Full Text

A new top-sail schooner arrived here yesterday from Chicago, bound for Buffalo with a cargo of corn. She was built at East Saginaw during the past winter by Thomas A. Estes, and owned by Lansing & Figgett, of that place. She registers 175 tons burthen, of good model, and a substantial built craft. Her first cargo consisted of 1,000 barrels salt, taken on at Saginaw consigned to Chicago. She is called the BLACK HAWK, and commanded by Capt. Nelson.
