A LAUNCH. - Our citizens turned out yesterday to witness the launching of the C.B. BLAIR, a fine vessel from the shipyard of Messrs. Miller & Tyron. She is to be a brig, and is one of the most substantially built of any on the lakes. Her dimensions are:- length of keel 106 feet; breadth of beam 24 feet; depth of hold 10 feet 8 inches; tonnage, custon house measurement, 238 tons, and will carry 280 probably. She will cost $9,000, and is to be commanded by Capt. Crane an experienced navigator. ----- Michigan City News
