Schooner " NANCY DOUSMAN."---This vessel we understand, has been hauled upon the ways near Sweet's warehouse, cut in two, and is to be lengthened 25 feet, and have her decks raised. This will increase her tonnage (now 80) to some 130. She is intended for the lumber trade, though when fixed up new she will be able to stow away a good cargo of wheat.---- Milwaukee Sentinel
