HO, FOR CHICAGO. - The new and beautiful propeller, EMPIRE STATE, Captain Brett, leaves this evening for Chicago. We have already noticed this splendid piece of craft at length, and we will now simply refer to her departure, and to her Captain, who is every inch a gentleman and true sailor. All Aboard !
