Nearly or quite all of the machinery of the prop. EUPHRATES, has been recovered from the wreck at the mouth of the Bay and is being loaded for CLeveland, to be put in a new propeller building there to supply the place of the lost one. We are not advised of the condition of the machinery recovered, but presume it is in good condition as could have been expected.
