BARK EUREKA. - News from Quebec, dated Nov. 3d. has been received concerning this vessel, which it will be recollected sailed from Cleveland, via the St. Lawrence. All were then well on board. She was preparing to encounter the perilous navigation of the Gulf of St. Lawrence, and intended to sail on that day.
