A fine schooner with the name EXILE is being built at Milan. Her dimensions are as follows: Length over all 156 ft.; breadth of beam, 23 ft.; depth of hold 11 1/2 ft. She has 3 tall tapering masts, and when full rigged will carry over 3,000 yards of canvas upon her spars. When completed she will cost upwards of $36,000. Her owner and builder is Mr. H. Kelley, of Milan. - Cleveland Herald.
