MORE NEW VESSELS.---We learn from the Oswego Advertiser that two schooners, the SENECA and the FAIRFIELD, were launched at that place on Saturday, the 2nd. inst. The CAYUGA, a vessel of 300 tons, was to be launched about the middle of the present week, and the MANITOU, a splendid schooner, is nearly completed.
