H. L. Holbrook, who has disposed of the tug LADY FRANKLIN to an Oswego firm, intends immediately to commence the building of a new tug of much larger dimensions than the FRANKLIN, and one that will be second in speed to no other alfoat. She will be out and in readiness for running by the middle of September next.
