The Buffalo Loan and Trust Co. has been made permanent receiver of the Buffalo and Niagara River Navigation Co. by order of the court. The receiver has also received permission to lease the stm. WILLIAM HARRISON to Sloan & Cowles for the excursion season of 1894.
