SHIP BUILDING IN WISCONSIN. - The Racine Whig states that three new vessels will be built there the coming winter. A fine new brig, the HELFENSTEIN was launched at Milwaukee a few days ago, and the shipwrights of that city are adding largely to the lake fleet.

MARINE INTELLIGENCE -- Brig HELFENSTEIN, built by Alfred Gibson, was launched at Milwaukee on Sept. 16. Of 128.8 feet length; 26.3 bram; 10.5 depth. Owned by Charles P. Helfenstein & Co., of Milwaukee, and to be commanded by Capt. Kittredge, formerly in command of the J. PATTON.
