REBUILDING. - The brig HELFENSTEIN, at present in Campbell, Owen & Co's dry-dock, is undergoing a rebuild by the insertion of some thirty new frames, besides a new transom and other repairs, which, when completed, will constitute her a strong and reliable sea-going craft. She will consequently continue as a sail vessel, and not be converted into a barge, as has been reported.
