MORE PROPELLER REPAIRS. - The IOWA, belonging to the New York & Erie Line, is being partially rebuilt. Her engine has been moved forward six feet, and lowered six inches. She is to have a new wheel, new stern, a portion of her timbers will be replaced, and she is to have partly new decks.
      The QUEEN OF THE LAKES, running in the same line, is to have a new main deck. Her machinery is also to be overhauled, and she is to be generally refitted.
