A NEW VESSEL. - The JESSIE is the name of a new fore and aft vessel, which hails from Ashtabula, and was built at that place by Messrs. Thayer for Hubbard & Co. She is 178 tons burthen, and carries 8,000 bush. - Cleveland Herald.
