SHIP BUILDING. - The keel of a new vessel, says the Oswego Times, has been laid down in the ship yard adjoining the harbor of Port Hope, and the following are her dimensions: Length of keel 125 feet; breadth of beam 29 fet 10 inches; depth of hold 10 feet 6 inches. W.S. Marsh, Esq., Capt. T.F. James of Port Hope, and Edward Barry, Esq., of Quebec, are the owners, and Mr. N. Collins is the builder.
