Description
Full Text

Within a short time past a new craft, at present serving as a barge, but eventually to be a fine schooner, was out in commission at Sandusky, and called the H.F. MERRY. She is of superior contruction and has a finely modeled hull. Her present carrying is 225,000 ft. of lumber, but when completedit will be less than that quantity by about 25,000. During the coming winter she will receive her complete fit out and be placed in command of Capt. J.W. Farwell, by whom, in connection with Moss Bros. & Merry, she is owned. - Det. Post.
