LAUNCH.-- The launch of the fine schooner MONTREAL, belonging to Messrs. Hooker Henderson & Co., took place this evening at 3 o'clock. The day being delightful, and a large number of persons assembled to witness the vessel glide into her destined element. She was completely rigged, and with her numerous colours and pennents flying, appeared to very good advantage; her model is considered, by experienced judges, to be of the first order. She will carry 160 tons, old measurement. This vessel was built under the superintendance of Mr. Shay, who is excelled by no one in his business. -- Prescott Herald
