Description
Full Text

The name of the schr. A.B. MOORE has been changed to the NORTHWEST. The vessel has had 50 ft. cut off aft, and new frames 35 ft. in length put in the place of the cut off. Other work has been done which completely transforms her. She is now 15 ft. shorter than formerly, but will carry 5,000 bu. of grain more than she did before on the same draft of water. The repairs foot up over $20.000.
