The propeller OAKLAND is in Robert Mills & Co's dry-dock for general repairs, which include new arches, new keelsons, new floors, ceiling, some new frames forward and aft, and all necessary work to make her class as a standard vessel. She will be out about June 20th. The expense of overhauling will be in the neighborhood of $4,500.
