The announcement of the establishment of a daily line of passenger steamers between Buffalo, CLeveland and Put-In-Bay will be received with pleasure by our citizens, who will gladly welcome the revival of the palmy days of lake travel. Heretofore Put-In-Bay, its islands, fine hotels, fishing and beautiful scenery, have been appropriated by the people of Cleveland, Detroit and other Western cities. The new line will present to the citizens of Buffalo one of the most delightful resorts in the country, and we doubt not many will avail themselves of its enjoyments. The steamers PEARL and ALASKA are both finely appointed side wheel upper cabin steamers, and will leave the Main St. wharf at 6:00 daily, arriving at Put-In-Bay the following noon, via Cleveland.
