Description
Full Text

Cleveland Leader: The stm. PEARL is not only proving herself a successful excursion boat, but is leading off in a movement at this port which many another craft on the lakes would do well to follow. She has a set of the international code signals on board ship, and is not only making herself efficient in the use of them, but is making a lively exercise of the crew of the life saving station on the daily arrival and departure of the PEARL.
