Capt. Alexander Walter of the tug R.H. HEBARD has been appointed master of the side wheel stm. PEARL of the Crystal Beach Line. He will remain in her until the excursion season closes and will then go back in the HEBARD. The TOWNSEND DAVIS of Hand & Johnson Line has gone out of commission.
