Full Text: Capt. Alex Walters, formerly master of the tug HEBARD, has gone to West Bay City to take command of the excursion stmr. PEARL on which extensive repairs had been made at that place. With Capt. Walters went Thomas Dancy, who was mate of of the excursion boat GAZELLE. A new mate has been appointed in Mr. Dancy's place. It is expected the PEARL will leave West Bay City for Buffalo on Monday.
