Dunkirk, April 8 - James E. Conion of Buffalo was in Dunkirk yesterday. He made arrangements to have the stm. PENNSYLVANIA make regular trips in this city this season, while running between Buffalo and Erie. Dock facilities will be afforded by the city at the foot of Central Ave.
