NEW VESSEL FROM CHICAGO. - The schooner PERSIA, just built on the Chicago River, under the superintendence of Capt. Hammer, who commands her, cleared on her first trip yesterday to Green Bay. She is of 131 tons burthen, Custom House measurement. - Chicago Tribune, 22nd.
