Mr. Riter has received the contract for building 2 boilers for the prop. RALEIGH. They are to be 8 ft. diameter of shell, 9 ft. across the front and 16 dt. long, to be made of steel plate 9/16 inches thick and to be allowed a steam pressure of 126 pounds.
