The stm. RUFUS P. RANNEY building at the Superior yard of the American Shipbuilding Co., for the Triton Steamship Co., managed by J.R. Davock, of Cleveland, will also be launched next Saturday.

      TWO STEAMERS ADDED TO GREAT LAKES FLEET
The launching Saturday at the Ecorse plant of the Great Lakes Engineering Works of the steamer LIVINGSTONE, named for the president of the Lake Carriers' Association, attracted much attention all along the lakes. The new boat is 557 feet long and will carry 10,500 tons. Capt. D. P. Craine of Milwaukee will bring her out. Mrs. Livingstone christened the boat.
The steamer RUFUS P. RANNEY also was dropped into the water at the Superior yard of the American shipbuilding Company, Miss Elizabeth Ranney christening the boat. The RANNEY is building for the Triton Steamship Company. It is 440 feet long and 52 feet beam and will have a carrying capacity 7500 tons. Capt. Henry Stone of Cleveland will bring out the boat.
