NEW VESSEL. --A fine new staunch looking craft arrived here yesterday from Milan, where she has just been launched. She is called the W. RAYNOR, and rates 297 tons burthen. She was built by Capt. Shupe, and is owned by V, Fries, Esq. Her captain name is Power, who is an old hand at the stick.
