Yesterday application was made at the Custom House for a number and rating for the new tug SHAUN RHUE, just completed at Bell's engine works at Evans and River Streets for the Donnelly Construction Co. The tug is one of the best of its class, is 65 ft. 8 inches long, 17.2 broad and 7.8 in depth. Her gross capacity is 70 tons.
