LAUNCH. - Our citizens are favored with the gratifying sight of a launch quite often. On Wednesday, the HENRY ROOP, a fine schooner of 80 tons burden, was launched from Norton's Ship Yard, at Black Rock. She is owned by Gelston & Evans, of this city, and others.
