Description
Full Text

A new class of vessels equal to the present capacity of the enlarged Welland Canal are making their appearance in our harbor. Among them we notice the schooner SCOTLAND, Capt. Cochran, built at Perrysburg on Lake Erie during the last winter, for Messrs. Carrington & Pardee, of this village. She arrived her on the 15th with 7,000 bu. wheat from Milan, with which she passed the Welland Canal without the least obstruction. - Oswego Adv.
