CHARTERED. - The tug JOHN MARTIN has been chartered to proceed to Monroe and assist in raising the steamer SOUTHERN MICHIGAN, from whence she will be towed to Buffalo, where her engine and machinery will be taken out of her and the boat dismantled. The MARTIN, we hear, is chartered at $100 per day. -Det. Free Press
