The schooner STAR OF THE NORTH came into port yesterday, and today will commence taking on her cargo at the Detroit & Milwaukee Railway depot. She goes only as far as Montreal, where her load will be transferred to the CHIEFTAIN, which will take it through to Liverpool. - Detroit Advertiser.
