The schooner QUICKSTEP, built at East Saginaw, by Martin Smith, formerly of this city, attracts the attention of our "river men" for her strength and capacity. Mr. Smith has built four vessels in the past two seasons, and has another, the STARLIGHT, nearly ready for sea. - Cleveland Herald, 5th.
