Two new tugs are expected to arrive here shortly from Cleveland, which are reported to excel in model and finish all others at present in commission. The one called the SWEEPSTAKES is owned by H.N. Strong, in this city, and has a cylinder 30" by 30". She is of the largest class. The other, called the THOMAS QUAYLE, is also of the largest class, and has a cylinder 26 1/2 by 30". She is owned by Beach & others.
