REPAIRING OF VESSELS AT MILWAUKEE. - The Wisconsin says the schooner W.H. STEVENS is being converted into a brig, and when finished will have a capacity of about 15,000 bushels. The schooner THREE BELLS is receiving a new deck, and is being recaulked. The schooner STELLA is receiving a new deck, new ceiling, frames, bowsprit and jib-boom, and is being overhauled generally.
      The schooner HENRY NORTON, is also receiving new beams, new stantions, &c., and the schooner BRIGHAM is receiving a new deck.
